I ordered this wig for a shoot being conducted in U.K. for a speciality shoot and pacific ally needed a black Renaissance wig. Sadly, there wasn't much choice on the Internet and decided to go with this company as it seemed quite organised and well structured. Upon paying for the product, you had to select postage. Obviously internationally, but the prices were a tad extreme to say the least. Overall, the bill came to over $90 with the postage being over $60 with the view of coming about 8 working days after the purchase date. I have just received the product nearly 2 and half weeks later. I have my own company and have sent many items over the world which are much larger and heavier than the product paid for on my website. It does not cost me over $60 to send my products which weigh over 1kg. I waited a couple of days after the purchase to revive an email to notify me it the it me had been posted. When it didn't come, I tried to ring the customer service number provided several times during the times they state they are open. It always went to voicemail. Even after I recieved the email, I still attempted to ring the shop to enquire a rough date for postage as we had to push back the shoot date due to this item being the key item we needed to complete the look. Again, answerphone. Two and half weeks later I revived the item. I am sorry to say that it is average at best and not the quality it appears to be in the photograph. Perfect for a fancy dress party or Halloween, but not the most amazing quality. What has angered me even more is that I paid for a (over priced) premium for quicker postage and it was not the money's worth. Sadly I cannot return due to the item being needed for this sheet and with no time to source a replacement, so very much a case of 'make do'. Personally, I will never seek to shop with this company again mainly due to their over priced postage and not delivering to the postage delivery times from date of postage. If you looking for low to maybe medium quality products for costumes which are a bit of fun rather then brilliant quality, then this is your shop. But my advice would be to look elsewhere first.
